Formulation and available strengths

Oral GLP-1 receptor agonist tablets. Available listings: 0.8, 2.5, 5.5, 9, 14.5 and 17.2 mg (30 tablets per variant).

Licensed dosage guidance

The authorised adult titration starts at 0.8 mg once daily, followed by 2.5, 5.5, 9, 14.5 and 17.2 mg, with at least one month at each step. Do not move to the next strength unless instructed by the prescriber.

How it is taken

Swallow by mouth once daily; the MHRA states there are no food or water timing restrictions.
